Your key responsibilities in this role will be

 

▪  Manages the Facilities of 4 different sites across Attica of total surface of 22.000 sq. m. comprising of office spaces, warehouse, data center etc. and is fully responsible for the OPEX & CAPEX budget of all sites affecting company P&L

▪ Manages internal & external contractors, reviewing, and enhancing provided services and ensuring effectiveness

▪ Facilitates energy conservation by identifying and implementing various options for saving energy and monitoring energy consumption

▪ Manages the development and implementation of environmental management systems within organization by identifying, solving and alleviating environmental issues in compliance with environmental legislation

▪ Develops a close working relationship with all the vendors under his/her control to ensure that they fully understand the company culture and are made to feel part of the team delivering a high-quality service

▪ Consults and collaborates with the Head of Human Resources & General Services and leading the operation, staffing, performance, and development of the service delivery providers

▪ Establishes effective lines of communication with employees across all managed sites and ensure service standards meet expectations

▪ Prepares the detailed Opex and Capex budgets for sites to ensure budget compliance and report monthly on variances

▪ Introduces innovations, initiatives and encourages a continuous improvement philosophy across company’s premises acting as a point of co-ordination and communication

▪ Acts as the building primary contact for service contractors and vendors

▪ Oversees the appropriate site monthly, quarterly, annual reporting

▪ Assist and collaborates with the Global Head of Real Estate & Facility Management in the governance guaranteeing consistency in applying models, monitoring vendors SLAs and KPIs

▪ Collaborates with the RE Group structure on mandatory and required reporting activities related to certifications, portfolio monitoring, ESG requirement 

▪ Undertakes responsibility for developing and implementing appropriate policies and procedures for FM services, that are given by the Group and tailored to the needs of the local organization

▪ In collaboration with the Group RE Function, define and implement the Regional Real Estate strategy being pivotal role locally leading business cases to develop new projects

▪ Builds effective collaboration within the Group RE team across all countries and provides support as needed to ensure reporting, services, projects, budgets and results are aligned

 

 

Qualifications:

▪ At least 5 years of experience in Facilities Management in a corporate environment

▪ Bachelor’s Degree at Engineering

▪ Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and facility best practices

▪ Ability to prepare & manage complex budgets and provide detailed variance analysis

▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

▪ Excellent PC skills, proficient in Microsoft Office [Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point], knowledge of Autocad or equivalent designing tools, ERP (SAP) software will be an asset

▪ Very good command of English language

 

Additional skills:

▪ Project management skills will be considered an asset

▪ Experience in Data Center maintenance or operations will be considered an asset

▪ Working effectively with others in an international team environment while enhancing a positive atmosphere

▪ Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills required

▪ Ability to work flexible hours as needed to address facility emergencies

▪ Strong leadership skills and an ability to motivate, coach & manage multi-site teams of varying skills sets

▪ Multitasking and prioritizing skills required
