Responsibilities to include but not be limited the following

• Assist the online our community and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately and on time
• Become and remain knowledgeable about the client's products and community standards
• Make well balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate for the online community
• Investigate and resolve issues that are reported such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content
• Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy
• Use Irish market specific knowledge, signals, and insights to spot and scope scalable solutions to improve the support of the Irish community of users
• Gather, analyze, and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience
• Enforce client's Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse
• Review the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions
• Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside the company policy to the global team

What we expect from you:

• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Good knowledge of the Irish culture
• Exceptional communication and soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
• Ability to use Windows Operating Systems, internet applications and MS Office
• Solid team, and collaboration skills, work independently with limited supervision
• Attention to detail and ability to distinguish self-beliefs from moderated content and policies
• A positive and adventurous attitude
• A sponge that is willing to soak up all the knowledge and experience we offer
• Experience in Content Moderation, Social Media or Customer Support will be considered as an advantage
