Job's purpose

We are expanding our Product Department, part of our Digital and Technology Function, and we're seeking passionate Product Owners to drive innovation and excellence in our customer and retail solutions. You will have a pivotal role in transformative initiatives across customer, loyalty, ecommerce, retail solutions and your responsibilities will span across the development of our loyalty schema platforms, oversee customer data journeys-related activities and manage the evolution of our e-commerce and digital experiences. Your work will also involve optimizing core retail systems and ensuring seamless integration to deliver exceptional journeys for our end customers and internal associates. What you will focus on

• Support in the development and communication of a clear product vision for the assigned domain (Ecommerce /Loyalty/Core Retail/Forecasting & Replenishment, Master Data Management)
• Gather business requirements in cooperation with business counterparts and digital experts in order to support product roadmap and translate them to user stories and functional requirements
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it contains well-defined user stories, features, and technical tasks.
• Work closely with cross-functional IT teams, including SAP specialists, product owners, and business analysts, to facilitate the successful delivery of product features
• Identify areas for continuous improvement within the assigned digital domains ( eg Digital Marketing, Loyalty, eCommerce) as well as our backbone areas (eg Core retail, F&R, Master Data Management) implementing enhancements to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness to platforms ( SAP Hybris, Bloomreach, Salesforce, SAP Retail)
• Lead training sessions for end users and other IT stakeholders
• Analyze preferences and requests of end users.

What you have

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree would be considered a plus
• At least 2 years of working experience in Product Owner or relevant IT role. Working experience in the retail industry would be considered an asset.
• Very good working knowledge on the areas such as online commerce, digital journeys, experience (UX) design, digital marketing, or SAP business processes and SAP modules (SAP SD, SAP MM and SAP Master Data Management) associated with core Retail and Forecast & Replenishment.
• Experience of complex IT landscapes and large organizations
• Proficiency in Agile Methodologies (SAFe) and hands on experience in agile tools (Atlassian)
• Excellent command of the English language both written & spoken.
• Ability to travel (Europe) up to 10% depending on the nature and the duration of the assigned projects/work
