In Evergrow SA, we are looking for an Event Sales Representative, on behalf of our client, a well-established catering company, specializing in the design and organization of high-quality events.
About the role
The Event Sales Representative interacts directly with customers throughout all phases of the event sales process. He/she will be responsible for managing customers’ demands, identifying their needs and pitching the appropriate products-services, ensuring they have a positive experience. He/she will work closely with cross-company teams to ensure that the events are designed, organized and offered with the highest quality.
Main responsibilities
- Communicates with customers so as to identify needs and requirements for each event
- Designs events’ proposals and the respective financial offers
- Discusses and negotiates with customers, closes events’ sales agreements
- Plans and organizes events, in close cooperation with internal and external partners
- Manages the smooth implementation of the events of his/her responsibility, handling complaints and/or unexpected facts, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
- Follows market and competition’s trends and developments
- Promotes company's new products and services to customers, in order to ensure customer engagement and improve profitability
- Ensures compliance with the commercial and credit policy of the company
- Monitors and reports the KPIs set
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or relevant
- 2+ years previous experience in a similar role or experience in Sales, F&B, Hospitality
- Strong analytical, communication and relationship management skills
- Attention to detail and ambition to succeed
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
- Driving license
- Ability to travel
