Systems Services Senior Manager
\n

As our new Systems Services Manager, you will undertake tasks, such as:
\n

• Manage and lead customer systems services team, providing guidance, support and mentoring to ensure efficient and effective operations.

\n

• Oversee the administration and maintenance of the company's systems, including servers, databases, networks and software applications.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of a wide range of systems and services.
• Lead the design, implementation and support of customer IT infrastructure.
• Oversee the configuration of storage, servers, fabric switches and systems, Microsoft servers (Cluster Services, File Services, Active directory Services, Certificate Authority services), Virtual Infrastructure (VMware, Hyper-V) and backup systems, Kubernetes clusters ( AKS, Rancher , AWS Openshift ) , Linux systems , Aix systems. Microsoft / Amazon cloud installations and onPrem ( VMware and Hyper-V. Monitoring system installation and maintenance ( checkMK ) . CMDB installation and maintenance.
• Interact and negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure system-related products and services.

• University/College Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or relevant technology field

\n

• A proven record of 6+ years of IT-related experience

\n

• Excellent experience in development, systems' implementation and applications

\n

• Good Knowledge of OS (Windows, Windows Server editions)

\n

• Experience in systems planning, security principles, and general software management best practices.

\n

• Experience in ticketing systems (Jira and/or OTRS)

\n

• You have an excellent command of the Greek & English language, both written and spoken.

\n
