Job's purpose

As a Platform Expert within our large food retail organization, you will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing the Supply Chain and eComm Fulfillment solutions. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of multiple technologies (SAP, Manhattan, Ortec), particularly in the areas of Warehouse Management, Transportation and eComm Fulfillment, and will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and continuous improvement of these systems.

What you will focus on

• Provides day to day functional support/application administration
• Contributes on solution design, configures the system and provides troubleshooting
• Partners with peers when integrating functionalities across applications and/or modules
• Proactively identifies and proposes business process and/or system enhancements
• Monitors and executes platform upgrades and proactively plans lifecycle initiatives

What you have

• University Degree in Information & Computer Technology, or any other discipline of technical orientation (Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Transportations Management experience or background preferred)
• 5+ years of IT experience and 2 years of prior experience in in supporting Warehouse Management, Transportation, Ecommerce Fulfillment solutions is required
• Knowledge of SAP ECC, AS400, Manhattan will be considered an asset
• Good knowledge of SQL, Database Management, and understanding of pseudocode
• Excellent command of the English language both written & spoken.
• Excellent command of Microsoft solutions (Office, Project, Visio)
• Effective in delivering presentations and running meetings
• Proficiency in Agile Methodologies (SAFe) and hands on experience in agile tools (Atlassian)
• Ability to travel (Europe) up to 10% depending on the nature and the duration of the assigned projects/work
