Responsibilities

• Welcome guests as per brand standards and direct them to Reception area
• Load and unload luggage from vehicles and deliver it to rooms. Offer valet services
• Ensure guests’ luggage security in his care and safely store them and provide guest with a receipt
• Answer guest questions; escalate guest issues to a supervisor
• Be aware of daily functions, events, VIP and group arrivals
• Escort guests to rooms; provide all necessary room information
• Report any issues from guests, groups, as well as technical issues spotted around the resort
• Ensure that all equipment is well maintained & in good operational condition
• Actively promote the online reputation of the hotel by encouraging guests to post reviews on social media
• Transfer guests with golf buggy within the resort upon request
• Follow all H&S rules, hotel policies, SOPs, and Brand Standards at all times

• Excellent knowledge of Opera PMS / MS Office
• Excellent knowledge of English language. Additional language is considered an asset
• Driver's license
