W Costa Navarino is seeking for a Gatekeeper to to ensure the safety for the facility and the guests and associates.
Responsibilities:
1. Verify and assist guests’ arrivals.
2. Inform regarding VIP or VVIP arrivals & special categories in a timely manner.
3. Check & record transportation from / to the resort.
4. Recognize and solves issues coming from the interaction with the guests, contractors etc.
5. Ensure the normal operation of the Main Gate’s systems.
6. Follow all H&S rules, hotel policies, SOPs and Brand Standards at all times.
7. Attend all trainings and seminars provided by the company and continuously remain updated for all trends and market news
