Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sales & Marketing Administrator for our office in Kifissia. The role involves a variety of administrative and organizational tasks to support our marketing department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting in day-to-day marketing and sales activities, such as sponsorships and conferences arrangements. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves frequent interaction with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing department, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
• Coordinate sponsorship activities, including communicating with partners, tracking agreements, and ensuring timely fulfillment of sponsorship obligations.
• Assist in organizing conferences & events
• Conduct promotional calls and manage relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Monitor marketing materials and coordinate updates or distribution as needed.
• Maintain the department's databases and files, ensuring all information is current and accessible.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 2+ years of experience in the shipping industry is an advantage.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Proficiency in English
