Navarino Dunes is looking for a Fitness Trainer. The selected candidate will lead group classes and personal training activities offered by the fitness department. In this role, they will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of guest service and ensuring cleanliness throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and inform guests on all of the adult and children activities offered by the Recreation department. Make personalized suggestions to guests, always offering memorable experiences.
• Perform and conduct duties in a professional manner, as required by the position or assigned by the Ops Manager. Establish a good cooperation with the Recreation team and other departments.
• Instruct fitness classes, personal training sessions and any other activities, offered by the fitness department.
• Promote and sell/upsell all personal and group activities to Recreation dept. guests in a professional manner.
• Effectively use the finance platform and follow up all reservations according to group activities & personal training sessions.
• Follow all H&S rules, hotel policies, SOPs and Brand Standards at all times.
• Attend all trainings and seminars provided by the company and continuously remain updated for all trends and market news

• High school diploma required; a degree in Physical Education with a focus on instruction is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
• Capable of working under pressure during peak periods, with flexibility for long or adaptable shifts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in email etiquette.
• Collaborative team player with a supportive and motivating attitude.
• Effective problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with a creative approach to operational excellence.
• Maintains a positive attitude when interacting with both internal and external guests.
• Familiarity with hotel operational systems is essential.
