In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire a Barista/Bartender/Mixologist.

Position Summary
The Barista/Bartender/Mixologist will be responsible for engaging our guests during their visit, receiving/serving orders and ensuring Ella Resorts Service Standards are met to the highest level. Specifically, s/he will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards.
Scope
- Reports to Bar Manager/F&B Manager
- Skillfully prepares and serves a range of coffee drinks, cocktails, wine, beer and keeps the bar clean, tidy and stocked up
- Ensures that the bar area always looks proper
- Follows hotel's procedures and abides by food safety regulations
- Deal with all guests, enquiries and complaints
- Receives drink orders and serves guests requests completely in a timely manner
- Efficiently manages the proper settlement of all customer accounts
- Answers guest queries in a polite and helpful manner
- Organizes the rest of the team (shift) to work efficiently
- Monitors inventory levels for coffee, drinks, and other supplies, and restocking as necessary
- Reports any issues for equipment repairs
- Works closely with other hotel departments, such as the kitchen or room service, to coordinate orders or special requests and ensure prompt, high-quality service.
Requirements
- Three or more years’ working experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel
- Degree/Diploma in Tourism or WSET
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- A second language (French, German, Russian, or Italian) will be considered as a plus
