Navarino Dunes is looking for Guest Service Center Trainee. The selected candidate will be dedicated to ensuring perfection in every detail of customer service, striving to create memorable experiences within an excellent working environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to, log, and process all guest requests, questions, or concerns through various communication channels, including telephone, WhatsApp, the Marriott Bonvoy app, and email.
- Process guest requests for wake-up calls, screening calls, call forwarding, conference calls, TDD relay calls, and non-registered guest calls.
- Handle all in-room dining orders by taking, entering, and ensuring they are fulfilled accurately, with a strong knowledge of the menu.
- Provide concierge services and create personalized itineraries, staying well-informed about both internal and external activities.
- Coordinate with all necessary departments to fulfill guests’ requirements effectively.
- Engage with appropriate individuals or departments as needed to resolve guest issues or requests.
- Address special requests from guests with unique needs, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Follow up with guests to confirm that their requests or concerns have been addressed to their satisfaction.
Requirements
- Study in hospitality is preferred
- Fluency in Greek and English is required.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to perform well under pressure and maintain strong organizational skills while multitasking effectively.
- Proficient in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Meticulous attention to detail, consistently striving for perfection.
- Resourceful problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Capable of providing accurate information about local attractions and services.
- Skilled in arranging activities, excursions, and transportation upon guests’ requests.
