We are seeking for a highly organized and customer-focused Move Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Elefsina.
As a Move Coordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and successful moves for our customers. You will manage all aspects of the move process, from initial booking to final delivery, acting as the main point of contact for both clients and our moving crews.
Responsibilities:
• Customer Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers before, during, and after the move.
• Scheduling: Coordinate the scheduling of moves, working closely with customers and moving teams to ensure all logistics are handled in a timely manner.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any customer concerns or issues that arise during the moving process, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Team Coordination: Communicate with moving teams, providing detailed instructions, updates, and ensuring the team is prepared for each move.
• Documentation: Maintain records of customer interactions, schedules, and any changes to moving plans.
• Quality Control: Ensure all moves are completed with care, meeting company standards for safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in MS Office and scheduling software; experience with moving management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings as needed.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
• Proven experience in customer service or project coordination, preferably in the moving, logistics, or related industries.
• Proficient in English language
