Job description: Real Estate Property Valuer

The various duties are summarized below:
• Underwriting & Fixed Asset Valuation                                                                                            • Real Estate Advisory   
• Real Estate & Hospitality Market Research                                                                                                                                                                   

Knowledge and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university with a preferred major in: Civil Engineering, Real Estate or Finance; Master’s degree will be considered a plus
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in a real estate valuation / advisory firm will be considered a strong plus
• Strong analytical, comprehension and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment
• Strong command of the English and Greek language; Excellent written, verbal & presentation skills in both Greek and English
• Required extensive knowledge of computer software including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc
• Driver’s license

Abilities:
• Integrity and strong interpersonal skills are essential
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and ethics
• Respect for others’ ideas in the workplace is critical, diplomacy and self-motivation are necessary

Our company offers a competitive compensation package of 14 months’ annual salary and bonus for overachievement.
