Job description

Real Estate Broker


The various duties are summarized below:
• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
• Manage property auctions or direct sales
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
• Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices


Knowledge and Experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university with a preferred major in Real Estate will be considered as an asset.
• Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
• Proven track of successful sales record
• Strong analytical, comprehension and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Driver’s license and vehicle
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team
environment.
• Strong command of the English and Greek language; Excellent written, verbal & presentation skills in both Greek and English.
• Required extensive knowledge of using computer software including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and
Adobe Acrobat. The successful candidate must know how software systems interact with each other (Excel with Word, PowerPoint with links from Excel, etc.).
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills


Abilities:
• Integrity and strong interpersonal skills are essential to succeed.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and ethics.
• Respect for others’ ideas in the workplace is critical, diplomacy and self-motivation are necessary.

Our company treats brokers as partners and provides full cost support on administration with fee sharing reaching 50% of profits.
