We are looking for a Warranty & Technical Standards Associate to join our Yamaha Division and be part of our transformative journey.
Responsibilities
- Submit and monitor warranty claims through the manufacturer’s system, ensuring all required documentation and repair information is accurate and complete
- Ensure all warranty work adheres to the manufacturer’s policies and guidelines to avoid claim rejections
- Liaise with service advisors, technicians, and parts departments to ensure clarity on claim requirements and warranty processes
- Regularly review warranty claims for accuracy and compliance; follow up on any rejected claims and make necessary corrections
- Manage chargebacks and ensure the dealership is reimbursed for all eligible warranty work
- Generate reports on warranty trends, costs, and claim statuses for management review
- Review, and revision of company’s dealers network technical standards, and issue guidelines, to ensure they align with Manufacturer’s regulations
- Ensure timely implementation and communication of any changes to existing standards
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or a related field
- 2–3 years of previous experience in automotive warranty administration or a related field
- Excellent command of Greek and English language (verbal & written)
- Familiarity with service and parts terminology and procedures will be considered as an asset
- Customer service experience is a plus
