Santikos Collection, a prestigious hospitality company known for its luxury resorts and hotels, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. This position will be based at one of our stunning properties, providing exceptional dining experiences to our valued guests.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will greet and seat guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and provide recommendations on menu selections. You will also maintain a clean and organized dining environment and assist with the overall smooth functioning of the restaurant.

We are looking for individuals with strong customer service skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. Previous experience as a waiter or waitress within the hospitality industry is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Train, and manage restaurant staff, ensuring a high level of performance and service standards. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure an exceptional dining experience by anticipating guest needs, addressing feedback promptly, and maintaining high service standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with guests.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgeting and financial performance, including monitoring costs, maximizing revenue, and implementing strategies to meet targets. Prepare regular reports on sales and productivity.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Develop and implement promotional activities to enhance restaurant visibility and attract guests.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role in a high-end dining environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • Thorough knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
