We are looking for a Billing Operations Administrator to join our Energy Operations team in Athens.
By joining this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring accurate and timely billing. You'll input customer, pricing, and usage data into systems, manage metering records from DEDDIE, EDA, and others, and generate invoices based on daily and monthly billing cycles. Additionally, you'll assist with implementing new billing packages and coordinate with DNOs to ensure accurate data exchange. Your work will support efficient operations and strong customer relationships.
Your role will encompass:

Accurately inputs billing data, including customer information, pricing, and usage details, into billing systems.

Handles records for metering data provided by DEDDIE, EDA, DEDA, or customers.

Generates and distributes invoices to customers promptly and accurately, ensuring adherence to billing cycles.

Manages daily billing cycles for LV customers and monthly billing cycles for HV, MV, and NG customers.

Implements new billing packages.

Interacts with DNOs (DEDDIE, AEA, EDA ATTICA, EDA THESS, DEDA, etc.) regarding indications provided by them.
What you bring to the role:

+1 years of experience in retail operations, or/and billing department of energy industry company.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Master’s degree in Energy, Economics, or related field will be highly appreciated.
Excellent knowledge of the English language. -
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or related software.

Ability to work individually but also as part of a team.
