We are seeking a dynamic Non-Motor Claims Team Leader to join our organization and lead a team dedicated to delivering excellent claims management services.  

Role Responsibilities  

As a Non-Motor Claims Team Leader, you will be responsible to: 

• Lead, motivate, and develop the claims team to achieve high performance and meet organizational objectives. 
• Ensure adherence to established processes and regulatory compliance across all claims operations. 
• Conduct regular audits to identify risks and ensure robust controls are in place. 
• Review and approve non-motor claims for compensation in line with company policies. 
• Respond promptly to inquiries and requests from partners, policyholders, and other stakeholders. 
• Liaise with assessors and experts to ensure accurate and efficient claims handling. 
• Produce and analyze statistical reports 
• Oversee the team's review of pending and settled claims to maintain accuracy and efficiency. 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience 

• BA/BS degree or equivalent 
• 8-10 years of experience in Non - Motor Claims Handling 
• Knowledge of motor claims handling will be considered as a plus 
• Knowledge of motor claims handling will be considered as a plus 
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. 
• Excellent  understanding of reinsurance contracts and their application. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders and guiding a team. 
• Analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret statistical data. 
• A proactive and problem-solving approach to managing challenges and risks.
