What’s expected

• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and according to the highest standards

• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
• Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns
• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
• Comply with all Health and Safety regulations
• Establish and monitor targets, KPI’s, policies and procedures of the department
• Create and nurture a property environment that enhances motivation, empowerment, motivation and teamwork
• Report on management regarding sales results, operating costs and productivity 
• Ensure compliance with ISO και HACCP quality management standards

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business or related field
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Very good knowledge of a second language will be an advantage
• Experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in 5-star hotels or restaurants
• Very good knowledge of using computer programs (MS Office, POS)
