We are currently looking for Operational Performance Analyst to join our Operations Team part of our M Energy Customer Solution Division in our Paiania Offices.
By joining this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes, measuring key performance metrics, and driving efficiency improvements across operations. The Operational Performance Analyst will gather, analyze, and interpret complex data to identify trends, develop actionable insights, and support decision-making within the organization. You will collaborate closely with operations, finance, and leadership teams to ensure that the organization’s operational performance aligns with its strategic objectives.
Υour role will encompass:

Gathering and analyzing operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Using statistical methods and tools to interpret data, generating insights that support informed decision-making.

Developing and maintaining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to track operational performance. Creating and delivering regular performance reports and dashboards to key stakeholders, including trend analysis and forecasting.

Identifying areas for operational improvement through data-driven analysis. Collaborating with operations teams to design, recommend, and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.

Working closely with operations, finance, IT, and project management teams to ensure alignment of business processes and support seamless implementation of improvement initiatives. Communicating findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.

Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of process improvement projects. Tracking project progress, reporting on milestones, and ensuring objectives are met within time and budget constraints.

Conducting risk assessments to identify potential impacts of changes to operations. Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies to ensure operational stability.
What you bring to the role:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.

Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

At least 2+ years of experience in operations analysis, process improvement, data analytics, or a similar role.

Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, and other relevant business software.Familiarity with business process modeling techniques and tools.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong multitasking and time management abilities.

Experience in consulting and managing projects effectively.

Ability to think critically and take a proactive approach to challenges.
