The Head Therapist at Canaves Collection will oversee the daily operations of the spa therapy team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services in line with the brand’s luxury standards. This role involves supervising therapists, delivering treatments, managing guest satisfaction, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the spa’s services and protocols. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with strong leadership, exceptional guest service skills, and expertise in various therapeutic techniques. The Head Therapist reports to the Spa Manager .

• Supervise, mentor, and lead the spa therapy team to maintain high performance and morale.
• Provide training and coaching to maintain consistent service standards and skill development.

• Deliver personalized, high-quality spa treatments in accordance with Canaves Collection’s standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with guests, ensuring their needs are anticipated and met.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.

• Oversee treatment room cleanliness and ensure equipment is maintained in pristine condition.
• Monitor product usage and inventory, ensuring efficient stock management and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across the spa.

• Support the Spa Manager in achieving financial targets and KPIs.

• Minimum 2 years in a head therapist role within a luxury hospitality environment.  
• Expertise in a wide range of treatments, including massage, facials, and body therapies.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
•   Proficiency in maintaining a discreet and professional demeanor with VIP guests.
•    Multitasking and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills,with proficient English in both written and spoken forms
