As a Hostess, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests feel valued and welcomed right from the moment they step foot. Your responsibilities will involve warmly greeting guests, guiding them to their tables, and managing reservations efficiently. Additionally, you will collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure efficient seating and timely service. This role provides an opportunity to work alongside a dedicated and dynamic team within a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner, providing a personalized dining experience
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Manage table reservations and maintain a waitlist when necessary
- Coordinate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure efficient seating and timely service
- Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries or reservations
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Assist in other duties as assigned by the management team
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Hostess or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Must be eligible to work in Greece and have a valid work visa if applicable
