The award-winning Anazoe Spa is seeking for a Spa Attendant. The successful candidate will play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness and ambiance of the spa facilities and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly clean all assigned areas within prescribed standards guidelines.
• Maintain the inventory of all items placed in the Spa.
• Maintain and rotate an adequate supply of clean linen and towels.
• Deliver linen and other items as needed.
• Report any ‘’lost and found’’ items to the Spa Assistants/Director immediately, listing the item and the area it was found.
• Keep all areas of the Spa including storage areas clean and organized.
• Responsible for the monthly linen and towel inventory.
• Report and damaged or missing items or maintenance repair needs to the Spa Supervisor.
• Help ensure facility is only accessed by actual guests and that it is safe and secure at all times.
• Properly and safely use authorized cleaning agents.
• Communicate, verbally and in writing, with other departments, employees and guests.
• Assist in maintaining chemical supply inventory levels.
• Bring all dirty laundry and rags to the laundry room.
• Complete maintenance work orders and deliver to designated area in a timely manner to report problems with treatment rooms or spa grounds.
• Assist guests with questions or requests.
• Have a thorough knowledge of safety and emergency procedures and be able to execute them when necessary.
• Perform other duties as directed, developed or assigned.  

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills in Greek & English.
• Prior housekeeping experience.
• Must work in a safe, prudent and organized manner.
• Must have basic mathematical skills, technical aptitude and spa operation knowledge.
