W Costa Navarino is looking for a Whatever/Whenever Agent. The selected candidate will deliver exceptional guest services by providing personalized recommendations, efficiently handling guest requests, and ensuring a seamless and memorable stay. As a key point of contact for guests, the Whatever/Whenever team member will offer expert advice on local attractions, dining options, transportation, and entertainment, both via telephone and in direct interactions.
Responsibilities
- Answer, record, log, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
- Monitor busy or unanswered lines, check back with callers on hold to update status, and offer to take a message.
- Instruct guests on how to access the internet, transfer guests with problems to provider's customer support line.
- Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs.
- Offer concierge services and create itineraries. Be well informed of the local attractions, restaurants, tours and activities, giving personalized advice based on guests’ interests.
- Contact appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem.
- Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.
- Arrange dining, excursions, tours or transportation reservations (flights, car services etc.)
- Handle delivery of lost and found items
Requirements
- One year of experience in the hotel industry, specifically in guest services
- Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Tourism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to provide accurate information on local attractions and services
- Skilled in multitasking and managing various responsibilities
- Informed about all property happenings and events
- Empathetic and patient in guest interactions
- Strong active listening abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Effective prioritization skills for managing tasks efficiently
