We manufacture and distribute high quality safety equipment including workwear, safety footwear, gloves, head protection, fall protection, respiratory protection, and gas detectors.

 

About the job

The E-Commerce Customer Excellence Specialist (ECCES) is the primary point of contact for customers of our online store, ensuring a positive shopping experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance throughout the purchasing process. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction, build loyalty, and support the overall success of the e-shop.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, phone and social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
  •  Assist customers with product questions, order placement, tracking, and payment issues.
  • Resolve complaints or disputes, ensuring a satisfactory outcome for the customer while adhering to company policies.
  • Guide customers through the return and refund processes, ensuring clear communication of timelines and requirements.
  • Address issues related to payments, discounts and promotions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (finance, warehouse, graphic designers etc.) 
  • Keep customers informed about delays, technical difficulties, or product availability concerns.



Requirements

  • Previous experience, 1-2 years in customer service, preferably in e-commerce, sales, order management is mandatory
  • Knowledge of online payment systems.
  • Uses proficiently office applications, internet and social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, live chat).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Empathy, patience and a customer-focused attitude.
  • It is mandatory to speak and write in English at B2/C1.
  • Flexibility to work shifts.
