Each property assimilates and is designed to highlight the unique characteristics of its host location within a carefully selected setting rich in Greek history, culture, and stunning landscapes. In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire an experienced and visionary Food and Beverage Manager.

Position Summary

Our new F&B Manager will be the ambassador of our F&B Service Excellence Culture at our fully renovated resort in Corfu, opening its doors for the season 2025. She/he will be responsible for supervising and developing the F&B Team, and providing high quality services and memorable experiences to our guests. The F&B Manager is responsible for all the food and beverage operations, including all banqueting, restaurant, beverage and room service operations. She/he oversees guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining Ella Resorts Standards and meeting financial goals. Also, she/he demonstrates knowledge and proficiency of all applicable food and beverage laws and regulations.

Scope

  • Develops and manages all financial, employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans and actions for Food and Beverage departments
  • Maintains a positive cost management index for kitchen and restaurant operations
  • Utilizes budgets to understand financial objectives
  • Manages the Food and Beverage departments
  • Supervises and manages all F&B employees
  • Provides proactive coaching and counseling to team members
  • Monitors and maintains the productivity level of employees
  • Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
  • Responds quickly and proactively to guest’s concerns
  • Provides services that are above and beyond for guest satisfaction and retention
  • Improves service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed
  • Manages day-to-day operations, drives quality, and verifies standards are meeting the expectations of the guests daily
  • Provides guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance
  • Conducts performance reviews in a timely manner


Requirements

  • Three or more years working experience in a similar role in 5-star hotels
  • Degree / Diploma in Tourism or WSET 
  • Excellent knowledge of English language 
  • A second language (French, German, Russian, or Italian) will be considered as a plus
