Navarino Dunes is looking for a CCTV Operator. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring surveillance cameras, identifying security threats, and ensuring systems function properly. They must respond quickly to suspicious activity and report it accordingly, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Operates and inspects all surveillance system’s equipment, such as cameras, servers, P.C., monitors, camera management software, etc. and perform basic maintenance tasks in cooperation with the CCTV Technician.
• Watch both live and recorded video surveillance footage, unwaveringly focused and observant, so that whenever they witness something unusual, suspicious, or questionable they are able to make a detailed note of it, store the footage and write a Security Report regarding their observation.
• Report, their observations, to Security Division and provide all the information and the support needed, to the on the field officers, for handling the situation.
• Conduct investigations, in cooperation with the Security Division, about a previously reported incident and write a security report about it.
• Follow all H&S rules, hotel policies, SOPs and Brand Standards at all times. Guide and encourage team to do the same.
• Attend all trainings and seminars provided by the company and continuously remain updated for all trends and market news.

• Valid security license
• Knowledge of the English language
• High school diploma
• Previous experience in security services is preferred
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Hardware, Software)
• First aid certification is an asset
• Drone Operator Certification A1/A2/A3 is a plus
• Category B driving license
