Job Description

So, what are the main duties of a Front Office Agent in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

Request fulfilment and Access right management
  • Receiving, prioritizing, categorizing and tracking incidents & Service Requests
  • Monitoring of the progress of tickets

Incident Management
  • Proactively creating tickets to report incidents and requests and keeping the users informed on their status and progress
  • Escalation and referral to other parts of the organisation

User Management
  • Creation and modification of service accounts (used by an automated service) and inform on IT security Standards
  • Management of functional mailbox and logs analysis on access management tools
  • Standard Operational Procedures Update & Maintenance


Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:
  • University degree/Vocational Training Institute (IEK) diploma in Information Technology
  • Working experience in an Application Support or Front Office role or with request fulfilment and access right, incident and user management
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Very good spoken and written knowledge of English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, punctual, meticulous and reliable
  • Service and proactive minded with ability to work well in a team, to multi-task and to adapt to changes quickly

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:
  • Experience with a ticketing tool (Service Now & Jira)
  • Good knowledge and understanding of following IT systems and technologies:
    • Databases: SQL, Oracle
    • OS and Middleware: Linux, Unix, Windows, Oracle, Tomcat
    • IAM technologies: openLDAP, SAML, OpenID, PAM
    • Authentication: MFA, Federated Single sign-on, TPM, QR code, mobile App
    • API's and onboarding systems
