Navarino Dunes is looking for a Cocoon Kids Trainee. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that young guests are entertained, safe, and happy through interactive activities that meet their needs. They will help deliver an educational and cultural childcare program, creating memorable experiences for children and parents alike, while contributing to the resort's appeal for family travelers. The Cocoon Kids' Trainee will design and implement inspiring activities during their shift, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all young guests.

Responsibilities

• Implement structured activities for children in an efficient and safe manner, ensuring they meet the set standards and objectives.
• Communicate with children effectively, helping to calm and reassure them, while providing support to other team members as needed.
• Provide daily care and supervision for young guests, designing imaginative and engaging activities that promote safety and enjoyment.
• Maintain the health and safety of both children and the team, ensuring a secure environment at all times.
• Organize daily schedules with the team, based on children’s routines, and ensure the safe and efficient execution of planned activities.
• Maintain regular communication with parents, providing updates on their children's activities and offering feedback during check-out.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, hotel policies, SOPs, and brand standards, ensuring compliance and updating as necessary.
• Participate in all company-provided training sessions and seminars, staying informed on the latest industry trends and best practices.

• At least 1 year of experience in babysitting or providing creative entertainment for children aged 1-5 years (optional), or 1 year of experience working in schools, playgrounds, nurseries, or with children's teams of up to 10 kids. Alternatively, student in Childcare (e.g., IEK or a two-year technical certificate).
