Job Description

Are you ready to join the forefront of technology as an AI Specialist in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

Joining us as an AI Specialist, you will be involved in the analysis, design, implementation and deployment of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technology-based business solutions to improve our clients' delivery approach .

As an Artificial Intelligence Specialist you will:

• Design, develop and implement AI models and algorithms using ML and deep learning techniques to address business challenges and improve processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
• Train custom machine learning / deep learning models based on structured/ unstructured data.
• Investigate innovative AI, ML and statistical techniques for addressing challenges.
• Optimise ML solutions for performance and scalability.
• Explain ML solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Engage with stakeholders and sponsors to analyze operational requirements, address key technical challenges, and apply sound AI/ML technology solutions.
• Document processes, algorithms and solutions for future references and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant disciplines.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in ICT sector, with at least 4 years of experience as an AI Specialist.
• Exposure with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Peras), ML algorithms, Neural Networks and deep learning techniques.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java and C++, as well as experience in query languages as SQL, Hive, etc.
• Knowledge of working with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase, etc.
• Working knowledge of data analytics over big datasets, non-structured databases as well as data lakes.
• Solid English skills (oral & written).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work in a team as well as autonomously.
• A results-oriented mindset, focused on delivering high quality results.
