Costa Navarino is looking for Steward. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and ensuring proper sanitation. They support the kitchen and service teams by managing inventory and assisting with kitchen preparation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes work surfaces, equipment, dishes, and utensils.
• Maintains cleanliness standards by washing dishes, pots, pans, plates, silverware, glassware, and other items used in cooking or food preparation.
• Operates dishwashers and other equipment used for cleaning and sterilizing dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen items.
• Cleans and maintains the kitchen, including sweeping floors and wiping down surfaces.
• Follows safety procedures for using equipment, disposing of waste products, and other activities.
• Supports the Culinary team.

• Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Good knowledge of English or Greek is preferred.
• Ability to operate dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of proper waste disposal procedures and adherence to safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment while supporting the Culinary team.
