Working as a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist, You Have:
- German/English Bilingual is a must
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience
- Call center experience (strong asset)
- Effective communication skills
- A sophisticated passion for high fashion, with a genuine commitment to helping customers look exquisite and feel their absolute best
