Each property assimilates and is designed to highlight the unique characteristics of its host location within a carefully selected setting rich in Greek history, culture, and stunning landscapes. In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire a Warehouse Goods Receiver.

Position Summary

The warehouse goods receiver is responsible for receiving stock and special-order material from a variety of vendors. The position of the warehouse/receiver of the complex is of utmost importance for ensuring the timely delivery of products imported into the warehouses, their control in terms of quality and ordered quantity.

Responsibilities

• Check all goods for quantity & quality.
• Receive and inspect all incoming goods to ensure accurate and damage-free deliveries.
• Verify the accuracy of shipments against purchase orders and invoices.
• Anything that is incorrect, notify the Purchasing Manager to ensure proper credit.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues with deliveries.
• Maintain detailed records of stock movements, including receipts, returns, and transfers.
• Invoice data capture into the accounting program.
• Perform any reasonable duties as required and directed by your supervisor/manager.

• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
• Good knowledge of English language.
• Must be tech savvy and possess computer skills, including, but not limited to use of Microsoft 365 (word, excel, outlook)
