The Secure Operations division operates the Control Tower to provide alarm monitoring and response services that ensure the safety and security of our customers across Europe. Our solutions cater primarily to the Automotive and Supply Chain industries, supporting secure and safe mobility through our advanced service network by providing both local and cross-border services such as Stolen Vehicle Tracking, Emergency Call handling, Shipment/Transport Monitoring and Incident Response.

Leveraging a pan-European Network of Secure Operating Centers (SOCs), we deliver high-quality services in the local language, coordinating seamlessly with emergency authorities in each country, thus the Control Tower ensures compliance, operational efficiency, and service excellence, protecting people, assets, vehicles, and logistics operations while enhancing mobility security across multiple markets.

We are seeking a Network Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations, performance, and service delivery across our European SOC Network.

Job Title: Network Operations Supervisor

Department: Control Tower

Reporting to:  Head of Secure Operations

Reporting to the Head of Secure Operations, this role is responsible for ensuring seamless operations, maintaining service quality, and driving improvements across our partner network while meeting contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Responsibilities:

SOC Network Operations Management

  • Monitor and oversee SOC operations remotely, ensuring service delivery, managing special cases (e.g., roaming incidents), and resolving major issues or downtimes.
  • Manage daily communication with customers and network, ensuring effective issue resolution.
  • Communicate major events and updates from customers and vendors to the SOC Network.
  • Review daily/weekly performance reports, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure SLA compliance.
  • Assess ad-hoc response services and generate reports as needed.
  • Ensure accurate data submission for invoicing and service tracking.

Customer Relationship & Stakeholder Management

  • Engage directly with key corporate customers, working alongside Business KAMs to resolve service-related issues and ensure top-tier service quality by translating business objectives into actionable plans.
  • Prepare and share periodic service review reports with customers.
  • Update service dashboards and provide insights to Business KAMs, Customers, and Network Partners.

Project Management & Implementation

  • Lead the onboarding of new corporate customers, ensuring a smooth integration into the SOC Network.
  • Oversee the implementation of new services, ensuring seamless operations across the Network and alignment with the business goals.
  • Participate in the Presales process to assess the business feasibility, and to define and agree on the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and KPI monitoring frameworks with customers to optimize service efficiency.

BI & Data Analytics

  • Collect, normalize, and cleanse data for accurate reporting and performance analysis.
  • Analyze operational data to identify high-risk assets, customers, and services, recommending corrective actions when necessary.
  • Share data insights, KPIs, and key metrics with the Network.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing Business Intelligence (BI) tools for performance tracking and reporting.

Network Readiness Assurance

  • Evaluate and qualify new Network Partners, in close collaboration with the Head of Secure Operations.
  • Establish working procedures, provide SOC training, and conduct readiness tests to guarantee high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field; OR equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in network operations, service management and delivery, or a similar supervisory role in security, emergency response, or monitoring (typically 5+ years).
  • Strong communication skills in English (business proficiency required). Additional European languages are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in multi-country, multilingual environments.
  • Understanding of SLAs, compliance regulations, and emergency service protocols across different European markets is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and BI tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar) is a plus.
