W Costa Navarino is looking for a Head Villa Curator. The selected candidate will will ensure exceptional guest service for Villas/Suites guests by overseeing Guest Relations shifts, supporting Villas/Suites Curators, and managing daily operations specific to the Villas/Suites area.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering professional, customer-oriented service to Villas/Suites guests, while ensuring the creation of unforgettable experiences.
- Ensure that Guest Relations shifts operate seamlessly and effectively, delivering exceptional guest service and supporting Villas/Suites Curators.
- Review day’s check-in prepare the keys and assess along with W/D the status of the room.
- Check the Villas/Suites prior to arrival and monitor Villas/Suites Curator’s rooming procedure, as well as rooming Excel.
- Overview departmental operation and secure that all daily tasks are managed smoothly by the Villas/Suites Curators.
- Complaint handling on a first contact resolution basis. Listen and respond to guest queries.
- Attend daily Operational meetings and liaise with other departments to bring excellence to the guest’s stay.
- Inspect daily communication through What’s up for Villas/ Suites guests follows brand standards, as we are dedicated to them during their stay.
- One day prior to guests’ check-out, finalize accommodation’s billing, and have ready the relevant papers, thus Villas/Suites Curators to proceed with the check-out process within their Villa/Suite.
- Verify shift’s tasks have been handled in a righteous manner and any unresolved issues have been well communicated to the upper Manager.
- Create instructional material for the interdepartmental tasks, aiming for a smooth transition in the team.
- Support the training of new employees by guiding them and overseeing their performance.
- Supervise Villas/Suites team consistently, managing staff responsibilities, assigning tasks, and organizing breaks. Ensure a seamless transition to the next shift.
- Attend all training courses and seminars provided by the company and stay current with industry trends and news.
- Be present in all public areas during their pick time to ensure all guests’ needs are met.
- Be in constant co-operation with other Departments.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of Butler Services
- At least 1 year of experience within the hospitality industry. Front Office experience in a 5-star hotel preferred.
- Hold a Hospitality/ Business Administration degree
- Speak, write and converse freely in both Greek and English. Knowledge of German and/or Russian/or French language will be an advantage.
- Have computer skills and knowledge of a PMS software system.
- Driving license
- Have proper communication etiquette (both written and spoken) with internal and external guests.
- Have impeccable cooperation, attention to detail, inspiration, and organizational skills
- Be a people person with enviable customer service skills.
- Have the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Have unflappable temperament and professional integrity.
