Position Overview:

As the HR Manager at Sandblu Resort, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture, supporting our team members, and ensuring the smooth operation of all HR functions. You will be responsible for recruiting top talent, fostering employee engagement, and implementing HR policies that align with our values and goals. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.

Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional growth.

Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Administer payroll, benefits, and other HR-related programs.

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects the values of Sandblu Resort.

Monitor employee satisfaction and implement initiatives to boost engagement and retention.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and Greek labor legislation.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Fluency in English and Greek; additional languages are a plus.
