Job Summary

The Beauty Therapist at One&Only Kéa Island is responsible for delivering a range of high-quality beauty and wellness services to our guests. As a Beauty Therapist, your primary focus will be on providing personalized treatments that cater to the unique needs and preferences of our guests. Your creativity, attention to detail, and dedication to enhancing the well-being of our guests will be crucial in ensuring a positive and luxurious experience.  You will have the change to participate in Exclusive trainings  by Subtle Energies for beauty- facial treatments  and by Bastien Gonzalez for Hands, Feet and Nails and receive certifications such as Certificate by BGAcademy under the official french training system by Bastien Gonzalez.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador of One&Only Spa   Bastien Nail Studio, an exclusive 5* holistic Wellness experience.
• Perform luxury  beauty treatments by Subtle Energies and manicures and pedicures using a renowned brand, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
• Provide personalized and tailored experiences for each guest.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand guests' preferences and address specific concerns.
• Stay updated on the latest Beauty and  nail trends- techniques to provide innovative  services.
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Offer expert  services, with a focus on delivering a comfortable and professional experience.
• Educate guests on post-treatment care and recommend products to enhance results.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements 

• Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist with specialization in Nail Services.
• Relevant certification and licensing in beauty therapy and nail care services.
• Experience in other Spa treatments as (facial or massage treatments) would be an asset.
• Exceptional knowledge of luxury beauty brands and products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end luxury environment.
