ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, a multinational home appliances and consumer electronics company, is looking for a Key Account & Category Manager.
Key Account & Category Manager (5862/KAM/ESS/GR)
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Serve as the key point of contact for accounts, understanding their needs and business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell solutions, driving revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze account performance, ensuring customer retention and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and support) to deliver exceptional client experience.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize value for both the organization and customers.
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback assessments to suggest and drive product improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PLM, sales, and marketing) to develop and enhance product offerings.
- Define product roadmaps, features, and go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure products meet business goals, customer expectations, and industry standards.
- Define communication actions and plans that will drive awareness, consideration and sales.
- Provide training and support to sales teams and customers on product knowledge and value propositions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Product Management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of B2C sales, client relationship management, and product development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data, market trends, and customer insights to make informed decisions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
