Affidea Greece, a leading healthcare provider, is looking for an Operations Medical Support Officer to join our team in Athens, to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of medical centers and healthcare-related functions.

• Develop and implement medical policies and procedures

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

• Identify and address operational challenges to optimize unit performance

• Manage projects related to new technologies and medical practices

• Assist in coordinating training programs for medical and paramedical staff

• Oversee the coordination of the Medical Committee and its subcommittees

• Up to 3 years in a similar role

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or related field

• Fluent English (written & verbal)

• Proficiency in Excel & MS Office

• Strong organizational & problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication & collaboration abilities

• Ability to work independently
