Canaves Collection, a luxury hospitality brand renowned for its exceptional service and stunning locations in Oia, Santorini, is searching for a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards in service, cleanliness, and food quality.
• Supervise and train restaurant staff, ensuring they maintain excellent service standards and their understanding of menu offerings.
• Engage with guests to gather feedback, address concerns, and fulfill special requests, enhancing the overall dining experience.
• Monitor table turnover rates, and manage reservations to ensure optimal seating and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in fine dining restaurants or luxury hotel environments.
• Fluency in English, with knowledge of Greek or other languages as a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate the team.
• A thorough understanding of food and beverage service, including wine and menu knowledge.
• Proficiency with POS systems; experience with Micros is preferred.
