This role is perfect for an enthusiastic individual passionate about delivering top-tier dining experiences and leading a talented team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and a memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards in service, cleanliness, and food quality.
- Supervise and train restaurant staff, ensuring they maintain excellent service standards and their understanding of menu offerings.
- Engage with guests to gather feedback, address concerns, and fulfill special requests, enhancing the overall dining experience.
- Monitor table turnover rates, and manage reservations to ensure optimal seating and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in fine dining restaurants or luxury hotel environments.
- Fluency in English, with knowledge of Greek or other languages as a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate the team.
- A thorough understanding of food and beverage service, including wine and menu knowledge.
- Proficiency with POS systems; experience with Micros is preferred.
Ideal candidates should also possess:
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for hospitality.
- The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
