What You’ll Do

Our English-speaking Customer Experience Specialists create memorable moments across every call, email, and chat. If you have a passion for helping people and making an impact with every interaction, this role is for you.

Working as a Customer Experience Specialist, You Have:

• Fluency in English is a must.
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience
• Call center experience (strong asset)
• Effective communication skills
