• Proper execution of all health and safety activities in the plant
• Implementation of corporate and regional HSE programs and good practices
• Monitoring and local communication of KPIs
• Incident reporting and investigation (root cause analysis)
• Performance of risk assessments
• Preparation, implementation and execution of safety instructions, procedures and guidelines and conduction of HSE trainings
• Participation in regular safety walks and promotion of employee participation
• Ensuring high-level performance of the safety committees
• Supporting the implementation of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements and ensuring compliance

WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT
• Certification as a safety professional (e.g. technical high school, university degree or comparable education)
• Certification as fire safety officer is considered beneficial
• > 3 years of relevant work experience in an industrial environment
• Knowledge of environmental legislation and ISO 14001 standards
• High level English skills (written and spoken)
• Result-oriented personality with problem-solving skills
• Proactivity, self-management and willingness to make decisions
