JOB PURPOSE
The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire supply chain process, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective distribution of clothing products from central warehouse to retail stores. This role involves coordinating and communication with the involved departments of the company and with the transfer companies with the aim of optimizing the logistics processes.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Managing deliveries for new store openings.
- Managing of regular deliveries of the stores.
- Communication with HQ in Poland regarding the time schedules, restrictions in stores, surpluses / deficiencies, etc
- Controlling and acceptance of transfers between the stores and the devolutions to HQ.
- Ensuring that all the operations related to logistics operations are conducted according to the standarts.
- Organization and coordination of inventories. Responsibility for compliance with local legislation and for all documentation related to inventory execution.
Requirements
- Has at least two (2) years of experience in a similar position in a clothing company - experience in a Fast Fashion retail company will be an asset.
- High level organizational and communication skills.
- Contagious and good at interpersonal relationships.
- Professional attitude.
- Can adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Time Management and Prioritization.
- Fluency in English.
- Very good level of computer skills (MS Office).
