Job Purpose: He/ She uses the analytical, marketing, and sales data of the company to effectively estimate future global product demands.

Responsibilities/Results

The job holder:

• Leads the continuous improvement of the global demand forecast process through various KPIs
• Acts as demand planning point of contact for all demand, inventory & budget planning matters
• Analyzes data & develops reports to effectively lead the S&OP meetings for the brand
• Drives & monitors demand planning processes ensuring top management's decision implementation
• Acts as the key - point of contact in the implementation of new processes eg. SAP and IBP (forecasting tool)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (Logistics/Supply Chain)

• MSc in Marketing or MBA will be considered an asset
• Proven working experience of at least 5 years in Demand Planning
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications. Excellent use of Excel, ERP & sales reporting software. Previous experience with SAP will be an asset.
• A data driven mindset with a numeric approach and excellent organizational skills
• Fluency in both Greek & English (oral & written skills)
