Main Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control procedures, protocols, and guidelines to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with industry standards.
Oversee and conduct inspections to verify products (just delivered and in stock) adhere to quality specifications and safety standards.
Ensure the company's compliance with all relevant food safety regulations, industry standards, and certifications. Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of HACCP programs.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance product quality.
Manage and coordinate all aspects of loyal member experience & guest experience from pre-arrival, arrival, and post-stay.
Maintain detailed records of all quality control activities, test results, and corrective actions taken, ensuring compliance with documentation standards, providing insights on suppliers´ performance and evaluation.
Investigate and identify product defects or quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and work with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate and participate in food safety audits to ensure the effectiveness of the quality control program.
What will you bring?
Previous experience in a similar position.
Food Safety Management Systems Certification desired.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Fluency in English.
