Order Processing & Route Planner on a Fixed Term contract

based in Aspropyrgos

What you will be doing

The job holder will be responsible for supporting logistics operations in order to ensure effective and cost-efficient distribution of products along with achieving high levels of customer service.

Detailed tasks specification:

• Control of sales orders received through PDAs
• Communication with sales organization in order to finalize orders and make all relevant corrections
• Effective management of incoming orders. Forward them to credit control for approval and order release
• Invoice issuing of approved orders and preparation of relevant documentation
• Forward orders and relevant documentation to route planning for proceeding to distribution operation
• Optimization of transportation and distribution route planning for delivering products

What we are looking for

• University Degree in Logistics or Business Administration or relevant field.
• Master’s degree will be considered as an asset
• Experience in Logistics will be considered an asset
• Fluency in English
• Excellent user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with SAP will be considered as an asset
• Promotes a Winning Team spirit by demonstrating Alignment, Accountability and Action
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
