Scope of the Role:

As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for inventory control and monitoring, as well as purchasing goods. You will conduct research, evaluate, and select suppliers, while negotiating prices and terms with them to achieve maximum cost savings.

Candidate Profile:

• University or Technical University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office (ECDL, Cambridge certification, or extensive work experience)
• Proficient knowledge of ERP systems (knowledge of Softone ERP will be considered as a plus).
• Very good knowledge of the English language (level C1)
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Accountability, results-orientated approach, and team spirit
• Availability to travel abroad

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation of merchandise orders with data analysis and monitoring of their progress
• Evaluation of existing suppliers and market research for new ones
• Monitoring and replenishing stock levels of raw materials, auxiliary materials, products and goods according to agreed quality specifications
• Negotiation, commitment, and agreement with existing suppliers on raw material and auxiliary material prices, as well as product and merchandise prices
• Updating the ERP information system regarding the procurement of raw materials, auxiliary materials, products and goods.
• Participation in international industry trade fairs
