Senior Procurement Manager

Our team is looking for a passionate Senior Procurement Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the procurement and fleet management functions, ensuring cost efficiency, operational effectiveness and strategic alignment with business objectives.
The key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the procurement team to manage supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and securing the best terms for materials, services, and equipment required for agency operations and client objects
- Directing the fleet management function, ensuring the company’s vehicle fleet is maintained, cost-efficient, and aligned with operational needs
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies that balance costs, quality and timely delivery, supporting the agency’s ability to execute campaigns and activations seamlessly
- Ensuring compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulations, maintaining transparency and integrity in all purchasing decisions
- Working closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and client service teams to align procurement and fleet strategies with broader business goals
- Managing the fleet budget, optimizing vehicle acquisition, maintenance, fuel management, and usage policies to minimize costs and maximize efficiency
- Overseeing contract management, ensuring terms are favorable, risks are minimized, and service level agreements are met
- Reporting to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on procurement trends, cost-saving opportunities and operational skills
Job Requirements:
- BSc degree in Business Administration/ Supply Chain Management / Logistics or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement & fleet management, especially in a fast-paced industry, with proven ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and cost optimization strategies
- Hands-on experience in fleet operations, including vehicle procurement, maintenance, cost-control, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent use of English language, spoken and written
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
- Attention to accuracy and detail is required.
