Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet organizational needs.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with vendors.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing, and availability to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including requisitions, orders, invoicing, and deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal regulations.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, operations) to ensure timely delivery and cost optimization.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and forecasts to track spending and ensure budget adherence.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving cost savings.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes, contract management, and vendor relations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with ERP (Softone) systems and financial reporting tools preferred
