Προμήθειες / ΑγορέςResponsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet organizational needs.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with vendors.
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and availability to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including requisitions, orders, invoicing, and deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal regulations.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or service.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, operations) to ensure timely delivery and cost optimization.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and forecasts to track spending and ensure budget adherence.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving cost savings.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, contract management, and vendor relations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Experience with ERP (Softone) systems and financial reporting tools preferred
